By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias Regarding the nature of the investor, the entire investment made in this period
corresponded to entities other than the ETVE (securities holding entities), that is to say,
companies with real economy activity, who allocate their investment to opening new headquarters in the
abroad or buy machinery.

At the state level, gross investment abroad was estimated at 5.531 millones de euros.
