21 Jan The number of holiday homes available in the Canary Islands decreases in December 2025 over the same month of 2024

Durante el mes de diciembre de 2025, un total de 44.621 homes received some reservation, lo que
supone un 94,7 por ciento del total de las viviendas disponibles en las plataformas digitales
analizadas.
Accommodation offer
The objective of this experimental statistical operation is to offer monthly indicators of the
ability, la ocupación y la rentabilidad de la vivienda vacacional que esté disponible en las
plataformas analizadas en el mes de referencia, entre otros datos de interés para el sector.
